Section 13 (1) of Act 105, Malaysian Timber Industry Board states that

A. ONLINE SYSTEM (For Exporter, Supplier, Processor, Jetty Operator & Grader Registration)

Download and complete the Application Form as follows:-
a) Importer – (Refer to Import Procedure)
b) Trader – Trader Application Form
c)Operator – Operator Application Form

All mandatory registration documents must be submitted either by hand delivery or by post to the following address:

An annual fee is charged for all approved applications as follows: -

EXPORTERS are MANDATORY required to be a member of one of the associations approved  by the Malaysian Timber Industry Board (Incorporation) Act 1973 [Act 105] which  are:-
