FFPDSB is the Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) of the Government of Malaysia with the sole purpose of implementing the Forest Plantation Development Programme between 2006 and 2020. The 15-year programme is supported with a financial allocation of RM1.045billion from the Ministry of Finance to incentivise private participation via a soft loan mechanism.

CTCS Worldwide Sdn Bhd (CTCS) was established on 23 January 2019 and is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Malaysian Timber Industry Board (MTIB), a government statutory body under the Ministry of Plantation and Commodities (KPK) and aimed at promoting the use of certified timber in building and construction industry.
